Jeez today was just one of those days. I kinda just fell apart after we hit Sullivan. Pick ups were good but I just died. Like Roberts was telling me i really need to commit to endure the physical pain of running. Struggled through the last half of the run. Totally fell off the pack. A lot was learned from this run. Love running. 70 min oh and Roberts I got your email thanks for being who you are. That really helped me.
