Well, I was going to plan a run at my house but then Ellie planned a run at her house. I went to bed and then woke up to go and found she cancelled at 1 o'clock in the morning. so I was kinda mad cause Alli had to wake up early for something and had already run with both my parents so I had to run by myself. haha sorry for the long story but needless to say I ran by myself and I was really hard. I couldn't keep a solid pace...so that was all over the place. Ok run. Definitely not the best :)

Well, had a pretty nice turnout to captain led practice :) we had a group of 5 gals (ell, Jess, brianna, and Sarah) that made a nice group. Pickups felt wonderful. Think we kinda took the pace a little slow today but it was good. Missed lots of girls today. Love running! Oh and the weather was simply wonderful today :)

met at my house for a run :) Ellie, Caroline, Gracie, jacey, Jenessa, and Alli all were there. We did 20 min on the road and then decided we wanted to do a grass run. It was wonderful. Felt so good! Breakfast after was wonderful!

today was such a good run. we had a much needed talk and it was wonderful. I love sharing wisdom and experiences with the girls. It was me, ell, Caroline, jace, and Jess. we had a pretty solid pace and ya it was good :) lots of fun.

Man today was really crappy ;( I kinda just fell into the dying state. My legs were just really tired. But I was talking to Caroline and she was telling me not everyday gonna be good. So tomorrow will be better! Excited to have coaches back this next week!

Best run in a long while. We met up for swag Jessica's birthday at Sullivan. Love Jess sooooooooooooo much. But ya me and Josie and Ellie did the dam road loop from Sullivan. We had some really good conversations and we were going such a good pace. My legs felt wonderful and I can't wait for this next week.

Well, if you read Roberts blog you'll understand that I was one who was dragging ;) I don't understand how Saturday I was feeling soooo good and then today was not good really at all. I died up lots of the hills my legs were pretty tired. I'm going to drink lots of water and go to bed early to help my body out.

man really good run today. Alli and ness ventured into the top group of girls and that was awesome! Also awesome to have Josie and allip at practice :) love those gals sooooooooo much. Struggled a bit while running in the sand but snapped out of it and finished super strong. Most definitely practiced the last mile fast mile principle today. Super great run and a solid victory for my personal self.

tempo Thursday. Also thoughtful Thursday. Coach holt did an awesome visualization exercise and it helped me get in the right mindset. Tempo was really good. I'm going to focus on the positives cause there were alot of them. I stayed with the team for like 20 min then cut and finished for a few. I'm so grateful for teammates and coaches who help and support me in my running. I wouldn't be able to do it without them. Also shout out to our swag group of girls today it was stellar.

Run was so good today! We met at the high school and there was so many girls. Best group for a Saturday run in a long time. We did the foremaster loop. Fast finish with Roberts cause we had to add on alot. Such a great strong run.

Man ever since AF posted that video about their "grinder" my dad has been endlessly telling me that we need to find ourselves one to run every week. Well, let me tell ya. Coach found us a grinder. It is a freaking beast. And I freaking died. In some ways it was a very good learning experience cause I had never run it before. But I wasn't really driving like I felt I needed to. Especially the downhill could have been much better. Kinda just chilled. Next week will be much better. Both up and down. Felt the run from Saturday I think too. But no excuses I'm going to drive everyday. So proud of my teammates for absolutely killing it. They are such beasts. Plus Gracie. She drove up the whole hill and finished the whole loop. Big things are ahead of her.

Today was a struggle. I keep feeling like I am getting better at staying in the pack and then there are days like this. It wasn't horrific yet I kept finding myself falling off of the pack. I had a strong finish so I was happy with that. Glad to have robs back with the team

Man today was a little rough. We had intervals at different paces. Just at the elementary school on the grass. It was pretty good and I felt like I was strong though it all I just really struggled to recover so each time I kept getting further behind. Talked to Roberts and got a lot of good insights and such. Such a great coach. Very helpful. I'm going to keep working hard to become the best me there is. I'm going to focus and fight so I can do my best and help my team do our best. This year is going to require the hardest amount of work but in the end I know it will be all worth it. If we keep working hard and believing in the process. We will achieve great things.

Run at Vernon worthen. Kinda a rough run. Felt really tired and not sore but I could feel the workout in my legs. It was nice to talk to some girls that I don't always talk to. Striders were wonderful.
