well, bday run for robs only thing missing was robs 😂 also sad day cause there were only 4 girls there but really solid for me! I'm feeling so good :) ran longest minutes of like 51 to get the 5 miles haha.

so I kinda chilled a bit on minutes today cause I went far yesterday and and we started up weights. So I did 40 with ell. good good run :) feeling tough (a little sore from weights) also I totally support the beast and feast things we are starting. those are gonna help me immensely.

well, workout today! super solid. added in a few more repeats from last week. towards the end my shin just kinda ached, but once I cooled on the turf (barefoot) I felt super duper good idk what's up. Other than that good good run :) nice packing from the workout squad

not sure on milage but very solid run. I love doing the sprint warm ups. They help me feel ready to run. Also I think they are really gonna help me be able to run fast. So yay :) run was good!!! had to go shorter cause of piano ;( but I was ready to go the full minutes. worked on some killer form on the way back and picked up the pace quite a bit.

well, today was pretty solid. we did 8x3 min at tempo. with 30 sec of recovery. we did it at the middle school. My first half was really strong (and I was probably a little faster than assigned pace) the last 4 were a struggle. Once it got hard I had a hard time pushing myself. On the last one Roberts reminded me to pick it up and I was able to. sometimes I feel like I "need" someone to tell me to push cause I don't trust myself or something...I don't really know 😂 something to think about and work on.

very solid group this morning!! Jenna, Alli Brown, Sylvia, py, ry, jess, ell, and me ventured into the Warner valley direction. Jenna kept the pace very solid so go her haha. The rain was fun kinda cold but I really enjoyed it :) rainy days are honestly my fav. Thanks to Selma for the warm breakfast and hot chocolate that we finished too :))) definitely a great start to the day!
